TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Harmarville

I stayed here for four nights but you’d be equally as comfortable for many more, since it’s a real cosy home away from home. The staff are brilliant and really helpful and welcoming at all times of the day and while the lobby area isn’t necessarily the cosiest of spaces there’s quite a social vibe even late at night. My room was on the top floor with great views over the nearby hills and was a fantastic space. It was so spacious with plenty of storage. Being a suite it had all the kitchenette facilities you could ask for - hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as cutlery, crockery, proper knives etc; I can’t imagine anything would be lacking if you wanted to prepare food there on multiple nights. The bed was very comfortable with electric sockets and nice lighting at the side, the TV was large and the air-conditioning was effective but a bit loud. There was a comfortable armchair and a sizeable dining table with four chairs. Wifi was fast and stable and there was no noise from the adjacent rooms or outside, with housekeeping always observing the do not disturb sign. The bathroom was equally as good, with a large walk-in shower, lots of space around the sink, nice toiletries and plenty of decent quality towels. There’s an indoor pool and laundrette on the ground floor which, again, makes for a comfortable extended stay but I was very impressed by the barbecue facilities on the patio at the front of the hotel. Utensils are available from reception and with the fire pit it’s an amazing space to spend time with friends at. Overall I had a fantastic stay here and will definitely be staying again next time I need to be in the area. There’s a few nice restaurants and takeaways all within walking distance and it was such a homely experience that I’d recommend to anyone.

TownePlace Suites in Harmarville is an excellent hotel in every way. It's conveniently located off the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-76. There are several good restaurants and a nice, clean Target within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend TownePlace Suites. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been staying here for a month while we wait to close on our home. I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the addition of the kitchen made it much more enjoyable for our longer stay. Breakfast was delicious and they have a variety of items that change daily. All of the employees are so kind and welcoming! When I say all I mean ALL! They always greeted us with smiles and made sure to have treats ready for our pups when we took them out to potty. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone that comes to visit us!

This is a wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Jewels and Ericka were fantastic, very kind and helpful. It was very quiet, with the rooms cool, bed comforters and pillows extra comfy. Breakfast had variety of options, I always appreciate that.

This Towne Place Suites was just remodeled and is very fresh! Everything was clean and well lit. Room was spacious with good amenities.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Tara/Director of Operations is the best since she makes sure one's stay is as perfect and as comfortable as it can be. Thank you for making the visit a welcoming one, especially for our househunting trip.

The hotel feels like it was renovated. The staff is very friendly. Everything is clean and maintained from.wjat we saw. The breakfast was nice. They have oatmeal with many things you can add. Eggs, bacon/sausage, and some other hot item. They have cereal and many gluten full options like breads, bagels and pastries. They have a waffle machine which is quite popular. They have yogurt, milk and juices. If you ask they will have a gluten free blueberry muffin if you need it . It is a nice place. Thank you.

We had a suite with 2 beds. A kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave. Bathroom door is a bit warped so it would get stuck evrrytime you try to close and open but it was fine. There is a freight train thay comes every half hour to an hour. I didn't hear it while sleeping but my husband did. Other than that, we had clean sheets and towels so I was happy. There is complimentary breakfast which was nice. Spinach quiche, ham, bacon, eggs. Cereal bagels, juice, oat milk.....Oh, and there is a Target across the street.
